How to use

For best results, begin with Class of ‘93 Curl Perfecting Whipped Cream on soaking wet hair for a moisturizing and softening base

Apply a quarter-sized amount to clean, wet hair in sections

Flip curls upside down and scrunch in an upwards motion for maximum definition and curl clumping
