Shampoo hair and rinse thoroughly.
Apply to clean, damp hair, working through with fingers and concentrating on mid-length to ends. Use sparingly on the roots.
Leave on for 10 minutes.

Increase amount for thicker, longer hair. Use less for fine, shorter hair.
